1. Do you have a Brick + Mortar Location? 

Unfortunately we no longer have an in-store location and we're solely online!

2. Why do some of your items sell out so quickly?

Due to the limited quantity of items that we bring in, it's not uncommon for some items to sell out within minutes of being launched online. We try and increase our numbers as our reach increases, while still keeping an exclusive feel to our collections.

3. What's the best way to know about upcoming releases?

We are very active on social media via Instagram, and we highly recommend signing up for our newsletter at the bottom of this website. We do NOT spam, share, sell any information and we very rarely send emails outside of alerts for new products.

4. Do you carry plus sizes?

Absolutely! We carry our Denim from sizes 0-3X/24W. Most of our Clothing will fit up to a size 20/22. We have made an intentional effort to bring in as many items as possible up to a 3X, whenever possible. We have MANY plus sized customers who shop exclusively with Sweet Jolie!!

5. What are your customer service hours?

Tuesday through Friday: 9 am - 3 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST).

6. Where do you ship from? 

All orders ship from Nisku, Alberta, Canada.

7. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide daily.

8. What currency will I be charged in? 

All sales will be charged in Canadian (CAD) dollars.

9. What do I do if I need to return or exchange my purchase?

10. What is your return policy? 

We have a 30 day return to store credit policy for online orders. If you purchase a full priced item and change your mind, you will need to get a valid RA#. You can find that here: RA

You can ship your item back to us and we need to receive it within 30 days of when your order was placed.

**DISCLAIMER: If you do send back an item that is visibly washed or worn, we are unable to process the item and will send it back to you as is.

11. Do you offer local pick-ups for online orders?

We currently do not offer a local pick up option.

12. How long does it take to process my return for store credit?

It can take up to 10 business days for us to process a return once we receive it. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s been processed. Once processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your store credit which can be used online.

13. What do I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item in my order?

If an item is received damaged or defective, Customer Service will need to be notified within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund or a replacement if possible. Notification past the 3 day window will not be eligible for a refund. Damaged items reported after the 3 day policy will only be eligible for a store credit. Damaged Items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached. Please email customerservice@sweetjolie.com to report damaged or defective merchandise.

14. How do I know what size to order?

Most of our items fit TTS or oversized. We highly encourage you to follow us on Instagram as we post fit and styling videos there before every launch. You can find us here: @sweetjolieboutique

15. How do you recommend washing my Jolies?

We recommend a cold water wash and laying your pieces flat to dry.

16. My package shows that it was delivered but I did not receive anything.

This is a typical situation. Your package will arrive in the next few days. If it’s been 5 days and your package still hasn’t arrived, then send us an email at shipping@sweetjolie.com

17. If I place two orders, am I able to combine them?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders since we heavily emphasize getting our orders out as fast as possible. We do not combine orders to achieve free shipping.

18. I put the wrong address for my order, can you change it?

If your order has already been printed and packed, we are unable to make changes for that order, but we will do our best to accommodate.

19. I have an issue with my order, who do I contact and how long will it take to receive a reply?

Please contact customerservice@sweetjolie.com for any issues or concerns you may be having. If you reach out on a weekday, it can take up to 2 business days to receive a reply. If you reach out on a weekend or holiday, you'll receive a reply on the following business day.
