Online Return Policy

We will accept any full price items that weren't quite right for you in exchange for a STORE CREDIT.

** The return request MUST be received within 21 days of the ORDER date of your ONLINE ORDER. All return requests must have RETURN APPROVAL first to be accepted. Returns must oblige to the rules laid out in the Return Policy for approval.**
Note: All packages sent back as a return WITHOUT a return approval will be marked "return to sender" and we will not be responsible for the package.

* Any packages received or post-dated after the 21 day policy will be subject to a 25% restocking fee

** IN-STORE PURCHASES REQUIRING A RETURN MUST BE MADE IN-STORE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ** (see In-Store Purchase Return Policy)

• All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags.

• All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• If there is a disclaimer on an item stating that the piece is particularly delicate or a fine knit, we will not accept these items back once they've been worn.
    
• Shipping costs are NOT included in store credit. Any returns sent COD to Sweet {Jolie} will be returned to sender.

• EARRINGS AND PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS (ex: Lotions, Bubble Bath) ARE A FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How to Return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method.


Follow these return steps:

1. Fill in the Order Lookup form below.
2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and click "create return". Customer Service will either approve or deny your request. You will receive an email notification on your request status.
3. IF APPROVED, please print a copy of your approval email and include it in the package with the product you are returning. As well, please write your RA# on the outside of the box, this helps with processing. Your Return Approval is valid for 10 days so send it off ASAP.
4.Your credit will be issued within 10 days of receiving your package in the form of an emailed gift card.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you choose to bring your online order as a return to the boutique, you will still require a valid RA# prior to dropping your items off. We will process your return, as well as your store credit, within 24 hours and you will receive an email with your credit.

Defective Merchandise

If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days of the delivery date. If the EXACT item is in stock we will exchange it. If we cannot replace the item you can choose a credit or a refund. Replacement items or refund/credit will be issued once the defective item is received by Sweet {Jolie}. The defective item MUST be returned within 3 Sweet {Jolie} business days or have a post marked date within 3 Sweet {Jolie} business days to be eligible for a refund, after the 3 days only a credit will be issued.  Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Damaged items are valid for store credit only past the three day notification policy. Refunds will be made to the original method of purchase (credit card or gift card). Damage to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

Please email customerservice@sweetjolie.com to report damage or defective merchandise within the 3 day window. Please state "DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED" in your email subject heading.
