In-Store Return Policy

In-Store Purchase Return Policy

We will accept any full price items that weren't quite right for you in exchange for STORE CREDIT. We do NOT offer refunds. Store Credit for the return will be issues as a Gift Card that can be used online or in-store. 

** The return MUST be made within 14 days of the PURCHASE date.**

** ONLINE PURCHASES REQUIRING A RETURN MUST FOLLOW THE ON-LINE RETURN POLICY. ** (see ONLINE Purchase Return Policy)

Item Guidelines: 

Return item MUST be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

• All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags attached.

• Footwear must be returned unworn and in its original box. If the box isn't returned with the shoes, or is returned in such a state that we can't resell the shoes, your return will be refused. 

Final Sale:

• All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a PROMO code (including the use of loyalty points discounts) discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• EARRINGS, LINGERIE, SJ ESSENTIALS (excluding the SJ Essential Pencil Skirt), HATS, SKINCARE PRODUCTS, DRINKWARE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
